Accessibility Statement
Last Updated: July 21, 2026
1. Our Commitment
Pannell Sports Group, LLC ("PSG") is committed to ensuring that pannellsportsgroup.com (the "Site") is accessible to all visitors, including individuals with disabilities. We believe that every person — athlete, parent, guardian, or advisor — should be able to access information about our services without barriers.
We strive to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA, published by the World Wide Web Consortium (W3C). These guidelines explain how to make web content more accessible to people with disabilities, including those with visual, auditory, physical, speech, cognitive, and neurological disabilities.
2. Conformance Status
Conformance status:
PARTIALLY CONFORMANT
We are actively working toward conformance with WCAG 2.1 Level AA and are also tracking WCAG 2.2, the current published standard (ISO/IEC 40500:2025). This Site is built on Squarespace, which provides built-in accessibility features at the platform level. We supplement these with our own content practices and periodic content reviews.
"Partially conformant" means that some parts of the content do not fully conform to the accessibility standard. Specific known limitations are described in Section 5.
3. Technical Specifications
This Site relies on the following technologies for conformance:
• HTML5
• CSS3
• JavaScript (via Squarespace's platform)
This Site has been designed to be compatible with the following assistive technologies and browsing environments:
• Screen readers, including NVDA, JAWS, and VoiceOver
• Keyboard-only navigation
• Browser zoom (up to 200%) and high-contrast display modes
• Modern web browsers (Chrome, Firefox, Safari, Edge — most recent two major versions)
The Site uses semantic HTML elements (headings, lists, landmarks) to support screen reader navigation and logical content ordering.
4. Measures We Have Taken
PSG has taken the following measures to support accessibility on this Site:
• Included descriptive alt text on images throughout the Site
• Used a logical heading structure (H1, H2, H3) for all page content
• Ensured that navigational links are descriptive of their destinations
• Used color combinations designed to provide sufficient contrast for text readability (targeting a minimum 4.5:1 ratio for normal text)
• Ensured that all contact and inquiry forms include clearly labeled fields with visible labels
• Provided keyboard-accessible navigation throughout the Site
• Included this Accessibility Statement in the footer of every page
• Conducted periodic content reviews to identify and address accessibility barriers
• Considered accessibility when adding or updating content on the Site
We are committed to continuous improvement and take accessibility feedback seriously.
5. Known Limitations
While we strive for full WCAG 2.1 Level AA conformance, we are aware of the following current limitations. We are actively working to address each of them:
• Some images on the Site may lack fully descriptive alt text. We are actively reviewing and updating alt text for all images.
• Certain Squarespace platform components (including carousels and animated sections) may not be fully compatible with all assistive technologies. Where possible, we provide equivalent static alternatives.
• Third-party embedded content (such as scheduling tools or map embeds) may not meet WCAG 2.1 AA standards, as these are controlled by third parties. We are evaluating accessible alternatives.
• Some PDF documents linked from the Site may not be fully screen-reader accessible. We are working to remediate existing PDFs and will publish accessible versions going forward.
• Color contrast in some decorative elements may not meet the 4.5:1 minimum ratio. We are reviewing these in conjunction with platform updates.
We do not use automated accessibility overlay widgets as a substitute for genuine accessibility remediation. Overlay products do not guarantee conformance with WCAG or ADA Title III.
