3.  How We Share Your Information

We do not sell your personal information. We may share information in the following limited circumstances:

A.  Service Providers

We use the following third-party service providers who may access or process your information on our behalf:

• Squarespace, Inc.: our website hosting and platform provider, which processes form submissions and provides built-in analytics. Squarespace's privacy policy is available at squarespace.com/privacy.

4.  Minor Athletes and Children's Privacy

This Site is intended for use by adults (18 years of age and older) and by parents or legal guardians acting on behalf of minor athlete clients.

PSG does not knowingly collect personal information from children under the age of 13. If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child under 13 has submitted personal information through this Site without your consent, please contact us immediately at info@PannellSportsGroup.com and we will promptly delete such information.

Where PSG's clients are minor athletes (under 18), all communications and data collection are intended to flow through the athlete's parent or legal guardian, not directly from the minor. Minor athletes should not submit contact forms or inquiries through this Site without the direct involvement of a parent or legal guardian.

5.  Email Communications (CAN-SPAM)

If you opt in to receive email communications from PSG (such as NIL updates, educational content, or firm news), we will send those communications in compliance with the federal CAN-SPAM Act (15 U.S.C. §§ 7701–7713). Each marketing email will:

• Identify PSG clearly in the "From" line

• Use an accurate, non-deceptive subject line

• Include our valid physical mailing address

• Provide a clear and functional opt-out (unsubscribe) link

You may unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time by clicking the "Unsubscribe" link in any marketing email. We will process your opt-out within 10 business days. Unsubscribing from marketing email does not affect our ability to send transactional or relationship messages related to a specific inquiry or engagement.

6.  Data Security

We implement reasonable administrative, technical, and physical measures to protect your personal information against unauthorized access, loss, misuse, alteration, or destruction. These measures include using secure (HTTPS) connections and platform-level protections provided by Squarespace.

No method of data transmission or electronic storage is 100% secure. We cannot guarantee the absolute security of your information, and any transmission is at your own risk.

Georgia breach notification: In the event that unencrypted personal information (as defined under O.C.G.A. § 10-1-911) about a Georgia resident is acquired by an unauthorized person, we will notify affected individuals as required by the Georgia Personal Identity Protection Act (O.C.G.A. §§ 10-1-910 to -912) without unreasonable delay.
