These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of the website pannellsportsgroup.com (the "Site"), operated by Pannell Sports Group, LLC ("PSG," "we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
Section 1. Attorney Advertising Notice
ATTORNEY ADVERTISING. This website is an advertisement for legal and advisory services. Blake Pannell is licensed to practice law in the State of Georgia and the State of Mississippi. The principal office of Pannell Sports Group, LLC is located in Atlanta, Georgia.
All content on this Site constitutes attorney advertising under the Georgia Rules of Professional Conduct. Blake Pannell is the attorney responsible for the content of this website. Past results described on this Site do not guarantee similar outcomes in future matters. Every matter is unique and must be evaluated on its individual facts and circumstances.
Section 2. No Attorney-Client Relationship
USE OF THIS SITE DOES NOT CREATE AN ATTORNEY-CLIENT RELATIONSHIP. Visiting this Site, submitting an inquiry or contact form, sending an email, or engaging in any other communication through this Site does not establish an attorney-client relationship between you and PSG or Blake Pannell.
An attorney-client relationship is formed only when you and PSG have executed a written engagement agreement specifying the scope and terms of the engagement. Until such an agreement is executed, any information you submit through this Site is not protected by attorney-client privilege. Please do not send confidential or sensitive information through this Site.
Section 3. Not Legal Advice
The information provided on this Site — including blog posts, articles, FAQs, educational content, and service descriptions — is for general informational and educational purposes only. It does not constitute legal advice and should not be relied upon as legal advice regarding your specific situation. Laws and regulations change frequently, and information on this Site may not reflect the most current legal developments.

Section 4. Description of Services; Legal vs. Advisory Services
PSG provides a combination of (a) legal services, provided by Blake Pannell in his capacity as a licensed attorney in Georgia and Mississippi, and (b) advisory and consulting services that do not constitute the practice of law. Service descriptions on this Site are general and are not a guarantee of specific services in any given engagement.
The specific services to be provided, and the distinction between legal services and advisory services, will be set forth in a written engagement agreement for each client. PSG is not a law firm. Accordingly, communications through the general website and contact forms are not subject to law-firm confidentiality protections unless an engagement agreement has been executed.
Section 5. Georgia Athlete Agents Act Notice
Blake Pannell is a registered athlete agent in the State of Georgia under the Georgia Athlete Agents Act (O.C.G.A. Chapter 43-4A). Registration as an athlete agent in Georgia does not constitute an endorsement or approval of PSG's services by the State of Georgia or any of its agencies.
Under O.C.G.A. § 43-4A-15, any agency contract between PSG and a student athlete must contain a conspicuous, boldface written warning regarding: (1) potential loss of athletic eligibility; (2) the 72-hour athletic director notification requirement; and (3) the athlete's 14-day right of cancellation. That mandatory statutory warning will appear in the agency contract itself, not on this website.
This website does not constitute an agency contract and does not create any rights or obligations under the Georgia Athlete Agents Act.
Section 6. Sports Agent Responsibility and Trust Act (SPARTA) Disclosure
Blake Pannell is subject to the federal Sports Agent Responsibility and Trust Act (SPARTA), 15 U.S.C. §§ 7801–7807, enforced by the Federal Trade Commission. Under SPARTA, a sports agent may not:
• Provide false or misleading information to a student athlete or their representative
• Provide anything of value to a student athlete before the student athlete signs an agency contract
• Pre-date or post-date any agency contract
Prior to entering into an agency contract with a student athlete, PSG will provide the student athlete (and, if the student athlete is under 18, their parent or legal guardian) with a written disclosure containing the mandatory eligibility-loss warning required by SPARTA. PSG will also provide timely written notice to the student athlete's educational institution as required by SPARTA and applicable state law.
Nothing on this website constitutes a commitment to enter into an agency contract or provides anything of value as a precursor to an agency contract.
Section 7. FTC Endorsement and Advertising Disclosures
PSG provides advisory services to athletes in connection with endorsement and brand partnerships governed by the FTC Endorsement Guides (16 C.F.R. Part 255, as amended July 26, 2023). Any testimonials, endorsements, or statements by athletes or clients that appear on this Site reflect the individual's genuine experience. Where a material connection exists between PSG and any person providing a testimonial, that connection will be disclosed.
Section 8. Intellectual Property
All content on this Site — including text, graphics, logos, images, blog posts, educational materials, and the compilation of the Site — is the property of PSG or its licensors and is protected by U.S. copyright law (17 U.S.C. § 101 et seq.) and applicable trademark law. "Pannell Sports Group," "PSG," and the PSG logo are trademarks or service marks of Pannell Sports Group, LLC.
You may access, read, print, and share Site content for personal, non-commercial, informational purposes only, provided you do not modify the content and include appropriate attribution. Any other use requires prior written consent from PSG.
Section 9. Permitted and Prohibited Uses
You may use this Site only for lawful purposes consistent with these Terms. You agree not to:
• Use this Site in any way that violates applicable federal, state, or local law or regulation
• Transmit unsolicited advertising, spam, or "junk mail"
• Introduce viruses, malicious code, or other harmful material
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the Site or any PSG systems
• Scrape, copy, or redistribute Site content without permission
• Impersonate PSG, Blake Pannell, or any other person
• Use the Site to collect personal information about other users

THIS SITE AND ITS CONTENT ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE," WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, PSG DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. PSG DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE SITE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE OF VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS.

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, PSG AND BLAKE PANNELL SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES — INCLUDING LOST PROFITS, LOSS OF DATA, OR LOSS OF GOODWILL — ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR ACCESS TO OR USE OF (OR INABILITY TO USE) THIS SITE OR ITS CONTENT, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
PSG'S TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO THESE TERMS OR YOUR USE OF THIS SITE SHALL NOT EXCEED ONE HUNDRED DOLLARS ($100).
Nothing in these Terms limits PSG's liability where such limitation is prohibited by applicable law, including with respect to legal malpractice claims governed by the Georgia Rules of Professional Conduct.

This Site may contain links to third-party websites. These links are provided for convenience and informational purposes only. PSG does not endorse, control, or accept responsibility for the content, privacy practices, or accuracy of any third-party website. Your access to and use of third-party sites is governed by those sites' own terms and policies.
Section 13. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms of Use and any dispute arising out of your use of this Site shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Georgia, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles. You consent to personal jurisdiction and venue in the state and federal courts located in Fulton County, Georgia for any dispute arising under these Terms.
Section 14. Dispute Resolution
Before initiating any legal proceeding, the parties agree to attempt to resolve any dispute informally by contacting PSG at info@PannellSportsGroup.com and providing written notice of the dispute. PSG will attempt to resolve the dispute within 30 days of receipt. If the dispute is not resolved informally, the parties may pursue their available remedies in the courts described in Section 13. Nothing in this section prevents PSG from seeking injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction.
Section 15. Severability
If any provision of these Terms of Use is held invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
Section 16. Entire Agreement
These Terms of Use, together with the Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and PSG regarding your use of the Site and supersede all prior agreements and understandings with respect to that subject matter.
Section 17. Changes to These Terms
PSG may revise these Terms of Use at any time by posting the updated terms on this page with a revised "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of the Site after any such revision constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. We encourage you to review these Terms periodically.
